Vacancy: Administrative Clerk
Job Duties:
- Handle all-round daily office administration duties
- Provide general admin and clerical support to administration department
- Perform general reception duties, e.g. answering phone calls and enquiries, greeting guests, courier arrangement, conference room booking arrangement, etc.
- Assist with managing office supplies and consumables, stationery ordering, equipment maintenance etc.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative support / receptionist is an advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
- Excellent telephone and reception skills and manner
- Good computer and MS skill – Word, Excel, Outlook, word-processing (both Chinese and English)
- Stable, well organized, punctual, initiative, able to work under pressure & with strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work together as a team and independently
- Immediately available preferred
Salary: Negotiable
