Job Description

  • Provide all-rounded secretarial & administrative mainly support the Sales Manager and assist the finance team.
  • Execute and liaise both internal and external parties on business issues.
  • Issue quotation / job sheet / invoice, licenses renew / application, etc.
  • Handle various ad hoc assignments as needed.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years working experience in administrative support or executive assistance
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Well organized, pro-active, polite, hardworking, smart, able to work independently
