Responsibilities:
- General reception duties, maintain and upkeep the reception area and meeting rooms
- Greet visitors in a professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Manage company general enquiry mailbox daily
- Provide all-rounded office administrative support, including general facility and office equipment maintenance, regular housekeeping, office supplies procurement, courier and mailing management
- Assist in organizing company functions and events
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Non-degree tertiary education or above, with at least 2 years of experience in office administration. Candidates with less experience may be considered as Administrative Assistant
- Willing to learn, strong sense of responsibilities, good attitude, detail-minded, well organized, self-motivated and can work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant personality
- Familiar with MS office applications - MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Immediate availability is preferred
