Job Description

  • Perform daily and regular office management and administration duties including maintenance of office equipment, ordering of stationery and other miscellaneous supplies.
  • Handle meeting room, courier services and travel arrangements, expense claims
  • Maintain and monitor the cleanliness and tidiness of the office area
  • Support and organize in company events and staff activities
  • Assist in special projects or ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Retail / F&B industry
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure and fast-paced working environment
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independent
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
