You will be responsible for overseeing the entire advertising process, from concept development to execution, ensuring all marketing campaigns meet client needs and business objectives.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in advertising design or digital marketing, with managerial experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills for building strong relationships with clients and teams.
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to industry changes quickly.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Develop advertising strategies and creative concepts to help clients achieve branding and marketing goals.
• Supervise the design and production process of advertisements, including graphic design, video production, and social media content planning and execution.
• Maintain close communication with clients to understand their requirements and provide professional advice.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports for clients and management.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitive dynamics to provide innovative suggestions for the company and clients.
