Air Freight Operation Supervisor

1.     To handle air freight operation with full set of documentation

2.     Proficiency in MS Office with CargoWise system knowledge

3.     Coordinate with overseas offices, CS Team, Sub-contractors as to arrange shipment

4.     To process invoices, ensure the costs into system accuracy, data entry and follow up shipment status.

5.     Assist in to compliance with SOPs, KPIs and policies

6.     To perform other duties assigned by the product head
