Aircraft Loading Supervisor 飛機裝卸主任

Our client is now looking for the captioned position to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• To supervise a team of Aircraft Loading Agents to load and unload cargo baggage and mail into / from aircraft (督導停機坪團隊及隊員準時完成裝卸航機工作)
• To ensure that all aircraft are loaded according to service standards, handling requirements and safety regulations of the carriers (確保航機裝卸工作符合服務標準、處理條件及安全指引)
• To certify that the aircraft is loaded in accordance with the loading report (確保飛機按照裝卸報告裝卸)
• To lead and monitor a team of Aircraft Loading Agents to meet the work performance standards (帶領及監察屬下停機坪團隊的工作表現能否達到相關標準)

Requirements:

• Diploma or above (文憑或以上程度)
• Good command of written / spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese (良好的中英文書面和口語溝通能力, 包括英語，廣東話及普通話)
• Knowledge of PC (基本電腦知識)
• Able to control / supervise subordinates (能夠帶領屬下飛機裝卸代理員小組工作)
• Capable of working independently and work under pressure (能夠獨立工作並能於壓力下工作)
• Willing to work shifts at the airport (願意在機場輪班工作)
• Holder of valid HK Driving Licence of Class 1 & 2 (需持有有效的香港駕駛執照(類別:1和2))
• Applicants with airport-related work experience and short notice will be given priority (有機場相關工作經驗及較短通知期的申請者將優先考慮)
