The appointee will join the Application Development and Support Team responsible for the development and testing of Oracle PeopleSoft Systems, and other custom-developed applications using Java/.net/Drupal/BPM development platforms.
Applicants should have a recognized bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, accompanied by a minimum of 2 years of relevant IT work experience. Moreover, individuals with a Higher Diploma or a comparable certification, in addition to completing a bootcamp, should have at least 2 years of IT experience in the capacity of an Analyst Programmer. Candidates with less experience can be evaluated for the position of Programmer.
An ideal candidate should have some of the following experience below and will be assigned to work in the relevant area based on candidate’s previous experience:
Mobile / Node.js / Java
- Solid hands-on front-end development by using Node.js, React Native, Angular, JQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, etc.
- Solid hands-on back-end development by using Java 8+, Spring Framework, JPA/Hibernate, RESTful, JSON, Bootstrap, etc.
- Solid hands-on implementation in hybrid mobile app framework (i.e. Ionic, React Native), cross-platform app technologies (i.e. Apache Cordova), native mobile application development (i.e. Swift, Objective-C, Android), etc.
C# (.net) / eForm
- Solid hands-on implementation in VB.NET / C#, RESTful, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, etc.
- Understanding of Rapid Application Development(RAD) best practices and implementation
- Familiar with eForm Development is an advantage
Drupal
- Skilled in Drupal development and upgrade assignments
- Familiarity with Docker for software deployment
- Understanding of software development frameworks and Agile methodologies
- Proficient in coding standards and technical design principles
PeopleSoft Specialist
- Develop and customize PeopleSoft applications based on business requirements
- Perform PeopleSoft application performance tuning and optimization
- Perform rule-based configuration in PeopleSoft applications
- Conduct PeopleTools upgrade and provide expertise in version upgrades and migrations

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
