Application Support Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation of IT projects and providing technical advice for daily operations
• Work with technical teams to fulfil project requirements within the agreed project timeline
• Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders (internal and external) to collect and identify system requirements
• Work with system users (internal and external) to resolve the related system problems
• Review on project status regularly and prepare and monitor project costing
• Responsible for application vendor management
• Partner with regional IT Teams to support regional projects if needed

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information System or related discipline
• At least 7 years in IT working experience with 2 years relevant IT project management experience preferred
• Hands-on software development experience on Microsoft SQL server, C#, ASP.NET, Java programming and cloud solution
• Knowledge on information security standard and control is preferable
• Strong people management and communication skills to all stakeholders at all levels
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
