Area Manager

We are seeking an Area Manager to manage our team of promoters across Hong Kong, ensuring that our sales and service standards are top-notch. With a proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving targets, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of 30-50 Promoters in health and beauty stores, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.

Performance Management: Oversee daily performance and business development efforts, ensuring that all team members are aligned with our sales objectives.

Sales & Promotional Activities Execution: Implement sales strategies and activities tailored to meet customer needs while efficiently managing resources across the region.

KPI Achievement: Ensure that the team’s performance consistently meets or exceeds Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective execution and monitoring.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to create tailored solutions, address challenges, and meet customer demands effectively.

Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular training sessions and monitor team performance to identify key performers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related fields with 5+ years of store / front-line operation experience.
• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or health and beauty / FMCG industries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding target.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement effective strategies for improvement.
• Collaborative spirit that thrives in working with internal teams to drive success.
• Preferably with computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Shift duties covers Sat or Sun are required
