Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- Providing administrative support to the day-to-day operation in one of Registry’ team, including class scheduling and tutors matters;
- Providing professional student services such as processing various applications and resolving student enquiries via various systems;
- Performing efficient administrative duties, such as preparing class scheduling data, scheduling for programmes/courses and venue booking for timetabling matters;
- Providing accurate and efficient clerical support, including but not limited to administrative tasks such as data entry, records handling, and operational logistics support;
- Performing efficient office management duties and any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
- At least 5 passes in HKCEE or 5 subjects with Level 2 or equivalent in HKDSE, including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics;
- Good communication and writing skills in English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua);
- Good computer skills including WORD, EXCEL and Chinese word processing;
- Capable of multi-tasking and attentive to details; and
- Be a flexible and good team player with strong sense of responsibility and motivation.

Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.

An attractive remuneration package, including basic salary, an end-of-contract gratuity, and a discretionary incentive payment, where applicable, will be offered to the right candidates.
