Your New Role:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving insurance-related questions.
- Process policy changes, updates, and renewals while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and documents, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance service quality.
- Provide technical support to the Business Development Team.
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by the Team Manager.
What you need to succeed
- Possessed qualifications in IIQE (Paper I & II) is a must
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance/brokering industry related with medical, life, general insurance or related fields
- Strong English language skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- University degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
