Assistant Administration Officer

Responsibilities

1. To assist in the general administration and daily operation of the Social Services Administration, including minutes and reports writing, procurement of furniture and equipment and asset management; and
2. To assist in coordinating projects and events of Social Services Department and the Kuk;
3. To assist in coordinating the development, implementation and maintenance of IT systems and applications;
4. To support the works projects, operation, fleet management and green initiatives; and;
5. To perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Entry Requirement

1. Degree / Diploma holder with at least 3 years working experience, preferably in social services, office administration, or human resources;
2. Self-motivated, well organized with good interpersonal skills;
3. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
4. Good knowledge in MS Office.
