Assistant, Administration - Renaissance College

Renaissance College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic candidate for the post of Assistant, Administration.

Responsibilities

The roles and responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to:

• Provide office management and administrative support to school, teachers, and heads of department
• Assist in purchasing activity, sourcing, making arrangements with suppliers, placing orders, and performing yearly stock take
• Help with school events, exhibitions, and displays hold by the departments, such as the Swim Gala, Design Day, and IB VA DP exhibition
• Assist with field trip process and forms, i.e., money collection for teachers
• Perform general office duties and clerical works, including photocopying, printing, scanning & binding
• Assist in ad hoc projects when required

Requirements

• Sound organizational and administrative skills
• Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience
• The ability to manage diverse and complex tasks independently and to show initiative
• High initiative, self-starter, and self-motivated team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in oral and written English and Chinese
• Experience working in a school would be desirable

The applicant must be a permanent Hong Kong resident or possess a valid visa to work in Hong Kong.
