Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Under the guidance of line manager, set and deliver the growth objectives for the assigned brand. Act as the core brand owner to manage the brand operation.
  2. Develop marketing and brand plan to meet the overall business objectives and share target. Lead key execution to improve business performance including acquisition drive, brand communication, media planning, price & promotion planning, NPD development etc.
  3. Focus on creating brand values. Initiate market research and data analysis to deliver powerful consumer insights and translate into effective brand communication. Develop acquisition plan that best fits with consumer journey to create the ultimate consumer experience
  4. Monitor brand performance & competitor activity. Conduct business analysis to identify key business opportunity. Manage total brand budget with expenditure control, maximizing budget efficiency and ROI.
  5. Closely work with other functions including CRM, Digital, Medical and TM team to ensure effective execution of the set plan together with line manager.

Requirements

  1. Degree in marketing, business administration or related discipline
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing preferably with FMCG companies
  3. Experience in new product development and launching, running consumer focus group, TVC commercial & other media production, etc.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills, creative minded with great attention to details
  5. Good agency communications and project management skills
  6. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoints and Word
  7. Good command of English and Chinese
