Assistant Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Involved in project releases and implementations for various applications (under supervision)
• Maintaining high-quality internal system testing and UAT activities
• Assisting in collecting user requirements
• Conducting user training sessions and organizing UAT activities under guidance from senior team members
• Providing daily operational support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 2 years of experience in a related field as a Business Analyst or in a similar entry-level role
• Experience in gathering user requirements and transforming them into functional specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint), with hands-on experience in conducting internal system testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools (e.g. Tableau) would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented problem solver with a customer-focused mindset, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English (Japanese would be an advantage)
