Assistant Business Development Manager/ Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to drive the growth of our revenue and explore business opportunities in the overseas market.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Sales plan to meet the Company’s growth and target objectives
• Prepare sales reports and analysis for management’s review
• Develop / expand new opportunities and open up new sales channels and as well as to expand the market share
• Generate new sales within existing and potential customer networks
• Closely collaborate with internal teams to facilitate customer’s need fulfilment
• Cultivate and develop strong relationships with customers, key accounts and stakeholders and prepare sales reports.
• Conduct market research and identify business opportunities for growth
• Liaise with cross-functional teams internally to ensure consistent customer experience and profitability analysis.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors and latest industry trends.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned key accounts to drive sales growth, profitability, and in-store execution excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Information Technology/ Engineering, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years’ experience of relevant working experience with solid connections and working relationships, preferably within the Information Technology/ Engineering industry.
• Good analytical skills, highly proactive and able to work independently.
• Able to achieve results through result-oriented strategy, along with teamwork, positive spirit cross-functional cooperation.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, driven by a strong desire for sales success.
• Strong business vision with strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
