Assistant Customer Service Officer (Fanling)

 Responsibilities:

• Manage pre-sales and post-sales services of each contract;
• Participate marketing project;
• Maintain good relationship with customer;
• Assist scheduling jobs for internal department to meet customer expectation;
• Assist account department in resolving outstanding payment

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in business, testing or science related discipline;
• Good written English highly essential;
• Conversational English/Putonghua a plus’,
• Good telephone manner and customer-focus, and
• Well organized and able to follow through and work with minimal supervision;
• Knowledge of accounting appreciated;
• Candidate with less qualification and experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Officer.
• Immediate available is preferred.
