Responsibilities :
- Handle enquiries through hotline / e-mail
- Follow / resolve customer complaint cases with care
- Prepare Complaint Case Report and Monthly Report and Monthly Analysis for Management Review
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Work closely with Operation team to resolve problems
Requirements :
- Diploma or above
- 1 year relevant working experience or above in customer service industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexible, problem solving and organizing skills
- Self –motivated, responsible, able to work under pressure
- Good telephone skills, customer-oriented with positive attitude
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good computer knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- More experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer
