Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective donor service strategies to enhance loyalty and commitment.
- Oversee the daily operations of the donor retention team.
- Monitor donor service statistics to improve operational efficiency and workflow.
- Handle donor inquiries and complaints through various channels.
- Follow up on unrealized donations and termination requests.
- Prepare regular reports to track and evaluate retention performance.
- Develop and update operational manuals for the team.
- Plan and organize local visits and activities for donors.
- Coordinate printing, lettershop and logistic arrangement for newsletters, direct mailings, annual receipts, etc.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure the smooth execution of the monthly payment processes
- Provide support to the team and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in marketing or business administration
- 8 years of experience in fundraising or customer service, preferably with NGO exposure.
- Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Work independently and analytical mindset.
- Well-organized and target-oriented and multi-tasking.
- Excellent in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluent in Putonghua.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Donor Retention Officer.
- Identification with Oxfam’s mission and values is a must.
