Assistant Engineer (Buiding Services)/助理工程師

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the work of the engineering team, responsible for daily maintenance of the building and various facilities and operations;
• Responsible for various repair and maintenance project documents;
• Prepare bids, supervise maintenance work and monitor supplier performance;
• Closely communicate with customers to maintain good project quality and customer service;
• Handle and resolve various emergency matters;

 Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Associate degree or above in Building Services, electronic or electrical Engineering
• 3 to 5 years working experience
• Class A Registered Electrical Worker and Security Worker permit is preferred.
• Familiar with AutoCAD operation and Johnson Controls building automation management system principle and system configuration process
