Assistant Finance Manager - FP&A / FP&A Analyst

Job duties:

• Prepare monthly financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reports
• Perform closing follow-up and explain variance between budget and actual numbers
• Co-ordinate various budget functions to ensure control procedures are established
• Participate in projects including enhancement of operational system, accounting system as well as workflow
• Evaluate key process risks and implement proper internal control procedures
• Participate in process review and ad-hoc projects in a dynamic environment

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• Membership of recognized accounting bodies
• Experience in servicing and/or architecture industries is an advantage
• Minimum 6 years of management reporting or financial analysis experience
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient PC skills, knowledge in SAP system,  Power  BI  and dashboard tools is an advantage
• Methodical with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with ability to handle the assigned tasks independently
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accountant – FP&A Analyst
• Candidate without expected salary and availability will not be considered
• Immediate available is highly preferred
