Assistant HR Officer

Job Duties:

• TA  focus and HR general operations support, including payroll calculation, leave administrations, HR system operations, and manage taxation & MPF arrangement, etc.
• Support frontline and office staff handling on boarding & off-boarding formalities, staff cases, talent management etc.
• Prepare and consolidate HR related analytic reports including staff movement, manpower cost and budgeting, etc
• Perform ad hoc HR projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related disciplines.
• 1 years of HR generalist experience, candidate with more experience will be considered as HR Officer
• Experienced in media agency will be an advantage
• Strong analytical mind and detail oriented
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
