Responsibilities:
- To handle recruitment and selection process including but not limited to job advertisement posting, interview arrangements and conducting of interviews
- To provide supports related to HR functions such as training programs, staff activities and employee onboarding
- To perform administrative and clerical support duties to HR team
- To assist in ad hoc tasks or HR projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines with 1-2 years’ relevant experience;
- Basic knowledge in Employment Ordinance will be an advantage;
- Detail minded, good interpersonal skills and customer services manner;
- Self-motivated and a team-player
