(Assistant) Key Account Manager – Retail Chains

Responsibilities:

• Manage the assigned key customers (supermarkets / convenience stores) to achieve sales and profitability targets; 
• Develop and execute trade promotion activities to maximize sales orders; 
• Negotiate with key customers on business terms and sales plans; 
• Monitor sales, distribution, in-store activities including shelf presence, point-of-sales materials, etc.;
• Recommend sound business plans by analyzing business performance and market information.

Requirements:

• University graduate preferably in business related discipline;
• About 5 years sales or marketing experience preferably in FMCG, less experience will be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager;
• Knowledge of category management and working experience in dealing with supermarket and convenience stores are preferred;
• Good business analytical skill, negotiation skill and presentation skill;
• Independent and result-oriented.
