Assistant Lecturer (F&B Training Center)

Duties: 

• Perform teaching and student supervision
• Supervise and coordinate all practical kitchen issues and ensure smooth operations; including but not limited to procurement of kitchen equipment, procurement of F&B commodities, maintain food hygiene and safety
• Carry out academic and student’s activities and duties for quality assurance
• Coordinate teachers for effective delivery of teaching
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Candidates should have at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience in catering or F&B management
• Teaching experience in the related discipline in tertiary education sector is preferred
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good knowledge in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability is preferred
