Harlan’s Bar & Restaurant located in Tsim Sha Tsui has long been a preferred haven for lovers of fine Western and continental cuisine in Hong Kong.

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager 23K-27K 

Responsibilities:

1.      Assist manager and the team to achieve sales targets and development.

2.      Monitor and supervise the operation of the floor as well as communicating with kitchen team for a smooth operation.

3.      Deliver exceptional customer service and motivate the staff the do the same.

4.      Make sure hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times.

5.      Organize and supervise shifts, train new staff

Requirements:

1.      Minimum 2 years of management experience in Food & Beverage operations

2.      Have organizational skills and strong leadership.

3.      Cheerful personality and able to work as a team.

4.      Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

 Salary and Benefits package:
