Job Duties

Treasury Operations

  • Global Corporate Treasury Role, assist in driving treasury initiatives.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day treasury operations, including loan operations, cash flow forecasting and treasury related reporting. 
  • Manage bank account administration including opening and closing of bank accounts, update bank signatories and KYC queries.
  • Handle queries raised by relationship banks and loan agencies. Liaise with other departments to prepare replies.
  • Formulate and implement cash pooling strategies and manage intercompany loans. Prepare relevant agreements and reports. 
  • Assist in reviewing credit facilities documents. Coordinate with company secretary for document execution.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors on treasury issues.

 

IT/ Systems

  • Coordinate with the regional treasury and shared service team to coordinate any system settings if needed
  • Work with the regional treasury and shared service team in e-banking systems support and system implementation if needed

 

Other Adhoc Duties

  • Review and manage insurance policies for the group 
  • Support the internal and external audit process, as needed
  • Other adhoc duties as required

 

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
  • Holder of CPA/CFA/CTP is highly preferred
  • Good knowledge and understanding of corporate treasury and/or accounting operations and treasury systems
  • Strong analytical, self-motivated with good problem-solving skills
  • Stress resistant, ability to work under time pressure, team-player, proactive
  • Good command in MS office, Bloomberg Terminal, Thomson Reuters Eikon and Power BI/ Automate
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Candidate with less experience could be considered as Senior Analyst, Treasury
  • Short notice period / immediate availability is highly preferred
