Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Administrative Manager to maintain a positive, safe learning environment for students by enforcing the school discipline plan;
  • Assist in overall management of administration department, including day-to-day operations such as admission, school activities, marketing materials, travel events and class scheduling of programmes;
  • Assist in reviewing and developing/ monitoring the implementation of policies and procedures on school administration;
  • Be responsible for the preparation and control of school administration budget and prepare relevant reports for management review;
  • Support to executives in providing a full-range of secretarial and administration services, including preparation of documents and business reports; 
  • Prepare correspondences, assist in serving committees, write reports and minutes;
  • Organise meetings and draft agendas, minutes and associated documentation for management meeting;
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Job Requirements:

  • A Degree holder in Business or other relevant professional qualifications;
  • Minimum 4 years of administrative experience in which at least 1 year in a supervisory role;
  • Experiences in Education sector / familiarisation of building maintenance will be an advantage
  • Demonstrate ability to write and deliver in both English and Chinese to a wide range of internal and community audiences, able to verbally communicate ideas effectively, varying style for audience; 
  • Demonstrated ability to scope work, generate work plans and manage to deadlines;
  • Can-do attitude with strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
  • Proficientin computer software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Familiarize the local institute and tertiary education is preferable.
