Assistant Manager
Academic Services Office

 

Responsibilities

  • Communicate policies, regulations, and procedures to relevant academic units and provide support for their implementation;
  • Assist academic units in reviewing accreditation submissions and offer guidance to meet the relevant accreditation criteria and standards;
  • Support the coordination of institutional and programme accreditation exercises;
  • Supervise administrative staff in daily operations;
  • Provide secretarial support for academic and quality assurance committees, as well as working group meetings;
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • A recognized bachelor's degree with a minimum of eight years of relevant work experience, preferably in a tertiary institution;
  • A good understanding of the Qualifications Framework (HKQF), as well as the processes, standards, and requirements of HKCAAVQ accreditation, and the programme registration and approval processes with the EDB;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage.
