About the role

  • Business Development:Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprises, SMEs in Hong Kong, promoting HKBN’s broadband, voice, and ICT solutions. Develop digital sales strategies to penetrate new markets and drive revenue growth.
  • Partnership Development:Engage potential partners, including technology vendors and resellers, to enhance service offerings. Build long-term relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion:Utilize digital tools, industry networks, and market insights to generate high-quality leads for HKBN’s core services and ecosystem offerings. Collaborate with sales teams to customize solutions and close deals.
  • Market Expansion & Intelligence:Monitor the Hong Kong's ICT and telecom landscape for growth opportunities. Provide insights on emerging technologies (e.g., 5G, cloud solutions) and potential business avenues.
  • Performance Management: Track and report on KPIs such as revenue and conversion rates using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce). Align business development and partnership efforts for maximum impact and customer satisfaction.
     

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, digital sales, or partnership management within the ICT or telecommunications industry in Hong Kong.
  • Demonstrated success in generating revenue through B2B sales and/or strategic partnerships, preferably in broadband, voice, or enterprise ICT solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of ICT and telecom market, i.e. enterprise needs for broadband, voice, and internet voice services.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Proficiency in digital sales platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software) and virtual engagement tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with a proactive approach to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on results.
