Job Summary:
In this role, you will oversee the project management activities and work closely with the trustee to ensure a seamless onboarding to the pension platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that the migration process is executed smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of data integrity and security.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the relationships and expectations of targeted business stakeholders of the MPF Industry. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with targeted stakeholders by understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction;
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for trustee engagement and data migration to ensure a seamless transitional period;
- Regularly meet with stakeholders to discuss issues/action items and address related concerns;
- Possesses project management skills and ensures issues/action items received from different stakeholders are monitored, tracked, managed, and resolved with a stakeholder-centric mindset in high-quality standard;
- Provide support to internal stakeholders in progressing action items and reaching a win-win situation;
- Prepare the status reports accurately and timely.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience in a relevant field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the financial services, pension (MPF) or the fintech industry;
- Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
- Confidence in presenting to small and large groups of people;
- Capacity to multi-task, manage time effectively, and work under pressure even with fixed deadlines;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Knowledge of operational requirements, regulatory compliance, and related technology trends and challenges is an advantage.
