Assistant Manager, Marketing & Event

Job Description
Reporting to Senior Manager, Marketing & Event, the incumbent will be responsible for planning and implementing high quality promotion events and marketing initiatives to attract and engage prospective I&T tenants. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for organizing and executing both B2B and B2C events, including in-park promotion events, official ceremonies, guided tours, roadshows, conferences and business engagement programs
• Assist in project launch preparation and implement strategy work including production of marketing campaigns and promotion collaterals, etc.
• Handle and supervise the event logistical issues such as in-park tours, venue setup and information preparation, etc.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with different parties including external & internal stakeholders, vendors and business partners to ensure the success of the marketing initiatives
• Familiar with Direct Marketing tools and manage the content of digital platforms (e.g. websites & social media) for leasing and marketing
• Assist the Team Head to conduct market research and intelligence, and prepare the latest marketing trend and report
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline, preferably from Marketing or Communications or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing or event management, preferably gained in a sizable organization
• Demonstrate strong project / event management skills, manage and execute a wide range of campaigns in a professional and effective manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with native in Cantonese, fluent in English and Putonghua
• Excellent skills on PC applications (digital marketing tools a bonus)
• A good team player with strong interpersonal skills, and able to work under pressure
• Experience in Innovation & Technology industry or agency background will be an advantage
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Manager
