Assistant Manager of Corporate Services Department

We are the corporate services division of an international accounting firm, dedicated to providing high-quality company secretarial services to our diverse clientele. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Company Secretarial Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team.

 

As the Company Secretarial Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the company secretarial functions and ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Job Description:

  1. Handling full spectrum of company secretarial duties for different jurisdictions, including but not limited to incorporation, shares transfer/alteration, deregistration and opening of bank accounts;
  2. Assist in the preparation of minutes/resolutions re: AGM, BOD meetings and other corporate governance activities;
  3. Assist in conducting of due diligence / KYC documents according to our firm’s internal procedures;
  4. Liaise and coordinate with government authorities e.g. Companies Registry and IRD to ensure timely and accurate submissions;
  5. Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory filing deadlines and maintain statutory records;
  6. Handle and deal with inquiries from clients on company secretarial matters;
  7. Stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory changes and industry best practices, ensuring continuous improvement in service quality; and
  8. Ad-hoc tasks assigned. 

 

 

Requirements :

  1. 4-8 years solid working experience in professional firms or similar position 
  2. Degree / Diploma holder in Corporate Governance / Business Studies will be an advantage
  3. Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Companies Ordinance
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members
  6. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  7. Competence in MS word, Excel, Chinese word processing and CSA software operation
  8. Meticulous, self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
  9. Good analytical ability and interpersonal skills
  10. Membership of HKCGI will be an advantage
