Job Description:
Sales System Governance: Maintain and oversee sales operational systems and tools including project pricing tool, and sales mobility. Act as the super user and administrator to monitor usage from lead to order, collect user feedback, fix and control data quality, analyse sales processes, and drive system efficiency improvements across the Asia Pacific region. Provide daily support to key users, including training and Q&A.
System Harmonization: Initiate and implement harmonized system solutions across the Asia Pacific region. Communicate and manage changes with operating unit (OU) users, organize tests, train users, and monitor post-go-live usage. Balance harmonized solutions with country-specific needs, review and validate change requests, and optimize solutions to maximize business benefits while considering development efforts. e.g. to keep AP project pricing structure while catering to country specific cost items.
Exception Handling: Support key users in managing daily exceptions to ensure historical transaction data and master data remain unaffected.
Reporting and Alignment: Report to the Senior Sales Operations Manager, review and align solutions, priorities, and timelines with the line manager to support sales strategies and initiatives. Escalate for higher management approval when necessary.
Coordination: Coordinate with management, IT, key users, and related departments on solutions, priorities, resources, and timelines. Regularly report change progress to management.
CPQ Management: Manage changes to the CPQ (cost, price, quotation) tool. Coordinate with the factory, product team, and CPQ development team to improve configuration and pricing efficiency. Work with the BI (business intelligence) development team to provide configuration and pricing analysis for product standardization. Serve as the liaison for users and handle daily user requests.
Report Management: Break down management report requests into detailed function specifications. Align report layout, logic, priorities, and timelines with management. Work with the BI development team to locate data sources, formulate, and test reports. Train end users and provide daily report support, including permission setup, Q&A, and bug fixes.
Global Meetings: Represent AP sales team to attend global monthly sales operational system change review meetings.
Data Monitoring: Monitor key business data in the operational system, ensuring the integrity of OU KPI input, forecast pipeline, and key customer information, etc..
Requirements:
Education: At least a bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or IT.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business process optimization and project management. Strong business process analysis skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Six Sigma Black Belt certification (optional).
Systems Knowledge: Minimum 3 years of experience with transaction systems. Familiarity with sales operational systems and tools, such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms. Experience with pricing tools is a definite plus.
Data Analysis: Minimum 2 years of data analysis experience, proficient in Excel. Power BI knowledge preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with a positive mindset and personality. A team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
Problem-Solving: Self-driven to solve problems.
Leadership: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving change management initiatives. This a must.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin. Cantonese is optional.
