Assistant Marketing Manager

- Develop and plan marketing campaigns to meet fundraising goals and strategies. 
- Collaborating within multi-disciplinary project teams to outline marketing needs and to create impactful fundraising campaigns and engagement initiatives
- Implement and review campaigns targeting mass public to enhance fundraising income with high cost efficiency
- Identify fundraising opportunities and potential partnership in diverse channels, both online and offline platform
- Cultivate existing and potential partners on marketing initiatives
 

Job requirements 

-Identify with World Vision’s mission and core values in serving the poor.
-Has a strong passion to serve the needy and a caring heart for the world’s most vulnerable girls and boys
-Background in strategizing marketing initiatives or managing projects for campaigns designed to prompt audience engagement and action
-Proficient in project management
-Creative, well-organized and proactive with can-do attitude
-Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, along with effective presentation skills
-Proficiency in analysing data and metrics to evaluate campaign performance.
-Good team players and can work independently and meet tight deadlines
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Outgoing and willing to interact with people
-Willing to travel and able to work in weekends if necessary 

* Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer.
