Assistant Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand image and expanding our courses portfolio through innovative promotions, ultimately driving our business towards its targets.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and continuously improve all existing promotion channels through thorough analysis and a keen understanding of market dynamics.
• Engaging with Artist / KOL / Market Influencer for collaborations and any potential marketing activities.
• Take charge of website and other in-house online portal management, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Initiate, organize, and execute various types of events, both online and offline. These events include student concerts, music competitions, workshops, seminars, and more.
• Proactively explore and develop new promotion channels to keep up with the rapid growth of our business.
• Act as a representative to establish and nurture partnerships with other businesses, creating mutually beneficial cooperation opportunities.
• Provide assistance on ad-hoc projects as required.

Job Requirement:

• Good business sense and critical thinking
• Well organized and self motivated, able to work independently
• Outgoing personality, proactive, good communication & interpersonal skills, team player
• Able to work under pressure to tight deadline and attention to details
• Fluent in English and Chinese with concise writing techniques
• With solid classical music background is definitely an advantage
• Candidates with lesser experience are also welcome and may be considered as the role of Marketing Executive
