Job Responsibilities:

  • Global Campaign Development : Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing campaigns to enhance the company's brand and message.
  • Localised Marketing Support : Support local offices in managing and executing localised marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Industry Trend Analysis : Stay abreast of industry trends to refine and optimise marketing strategies continually.
  • Communications Strategy Support : Assist in developing and executing communication strategies that promote the company’s brand and messaging.
  • Consistent Messaging : Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels, including social media, press releases, and corporate materials, aligning with company guidelines.
  • Assist in Production : Aid in the creation of corporate and marketing materials, including case studies, sales credentials, corporate identity, thought leadership articles, corporate gifts, brochures, presentations, and videos.
  • Event Assistance : Provide assistance in global internal events and special corporate projects by utilising advanced event technology and marketing automation tools.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with supervisors and department heads to ensure communication efforts align with the company’s objectives.

 

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in corporate communications, support roles, or related fields is preferred.
  • Proven emcee experience with exceptional communication skill.

Language Skills:

  • Native English speaker.
  • Fluency in an Asian language highly preferred to support diverse communication needs.

Attributes:

  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiarity with design and video editing tools is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.

Organisational Skills: Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Collaboration: Proven ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with various departments and global offices.

Problem-Solving: Ability to offer proactive solutions and problem-solving skills to support logistical and event-related tasks.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to evolving tasks and projects, maintaining effectiveness in fast-paced environments.

Event Management: Experience or willingness to learn and assist in event coordination using modern event technology and marketing tools.

Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills to assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures.

Brand Alignment: Understanding and commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all communications and corporate materials.
