Assistant Merchandising Planning Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Assist in consolidating sales reports, inventory reports, and other business reports from different country/regional offices.
• Review the reports and highlight key insights and trends to the Merchandise Planning and Control Manager.
• Coordinate with country/regional offices to ensure consistent reporting standards and address any gaps or issues.
• Coordinate with the Buying Team for Seasonal Buy
• Support to provide Seasonal Plan by Category, SKU Plan, product feedback, etc
• Attend weekly sales review meetings and conduct in-season sales analysis, forecasting, and allocation planning for the local market.
• Analyze historical sales data and trends to forecast future demand and allocate products to stores accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest retail trends and best practices in merchandise planning and management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/ Finance/ Statistics/ Mathematics or related disciplines
• 1 year of working exp. experience, preferably in retail analysis, supply chain, allocation, and inventory management.  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights and trends.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience in managing reporting and presentations.
• Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and explain results to stakeholders and 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese is a must)
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
