Assistant Product Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule of product development projects and activities for new and existing products
• Provide professional knowledge in health care and Chinese medicinal products for developing business and marketing opportunities
• Manage laboratory testing experiments, review testing results and consolidate relevant data and report
• Manage technical documents including R&D report, quality summary and other relevant documents for regulatory requirements
• Optimization of manufacturing process, implement product commercialization and scale up technology transfer from R&D to production to meet timelines
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including sales & marketing, QA, QC, Production, Purchasing to achieve product development schedule
• Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Chinese Medicine/ Chemical Studies/ Pharmaceutical Studies or related disciplines
• 5 years’ relevant experience in product development and registration matters, exposure in Chinese medicine industry is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
