Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the performance and optimization of our Dynamics 365 CRM system, ensuring it meets the needs of our business and delivers a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and optimizing the performance of the Dynamics 365 CRM system.
• Monitor system performance metrics and help implement enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM system supports business processes effectively.
• Support regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies for CRM data management and integration with other business systems.
• Provide technical support and training to CRM users.
• Stay up to date with the latest CRM technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• PMP or PRINCE certified
• More than 5 years of IT working experience, which at least 3 years in APM role.
• Proven experience in supporting and optimizing Dynamics 365 CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of CRM data management, integration, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Exposure to various industries.
• Experience in SI (Solution Integration) is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
