Assistant Project Manager (GBA Community)

This role will be responsible for building the awareness of Weekend Weekly's newly established 小紅書 (XHS) account and project management to form a Gangpiao / GBA community

Job Nature:  

• Develop content strategies for WW XHS and oversee daily content production and promotion.  Monitor platform performance and generate growth strategies through analytics
• XHS content contributor: to expand the existing XHS content contributor network, and able to produce content in an efficient way through various collaborations
• GP Community: to build up a quality GangPiao / GBA community through partnership with different parties, and also different activation activities
• Client Projects: Work with sales / account servicing team to pitch clients and implement client projects.  This will involve influencers / bloggers line up, content production, project management 
• Manage client projects, defining deliverables, schedules, and milestones while coordinating internal resources.  
• Track KPIs and conduct post-campaign evaluations
• GBA business pillar: implement strategy that help develop our GBA business

Characters / Qualifications: 

• Minimum 3 year experience on XHS and Gangpiao / GBA projects
• Familiar with 小紅書 and experience in copywriting, video and content development for Mandarin speaking readers
• Good project management skills, able to well handle different parties, solve conflicts, and coordinate under tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills that are able to work well with clients, media agencies and creative content teams
• Good presentation and communications skills, and able to present data and findings and define next steps
• Resourceful and proactive
• Strong curiosity, problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative, and ability to work independently within a small team structure
