Our client is an established interior design consultancy with an international presence, originating from Europe. With an impressive portfolio of projects primarily within the luxury retail industry, they are currently expanding their PM team by hiring a APM or PM.

Job Duties:

• Detailed Drawings Review and Accurate Defect Modification
• Follow-up Projects with Clients, Suppliers, Contractors, and Designers
• Comprehensive Documentation, Records, and Email Management
• Project Status Reporting to Management.
• Occasional Site Visits and Progress Monitoring.
• Quotation Review, Timeline Monitoring, and Analysis Preparation.
• Providing Technical Solutions to Projects.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above holder in Construction Management, Interior Design, Building Studies or related discipline
• Min. 5+ years of experience in interior design and fitting out projects.
• Experiences in luxury retail store project is a big advantage.
• Experiences in English working environmentis an advantage.
• Experiences in handling tender interview, tender analysisis a plus.
• Good command in written and spoken in English & Chinese
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
