Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the liaison and coordination of internal stakeholders and external partners on content curation, collection meeting arrangement and post meeting follow-ups;
- Supporting in compiling progress reports for the projects;
- Support content development including content data collection (e.g. industry benchmarking), content production in different formats including but not limited to video production, photo shooting, copywriting, translation, etc… and resources management;
- Cross-checking and proofreading of documents and showcasing content;
- Progress monitoring with and reporting to the Project Manager and status reporting
- Assisting in daily project administrative work including secretarial support including scheduling meetings, preparing weekly/bi-weekly status meetings, drafting meeting minutes, supporting content organization, managing efficient filing system, handling procurement, and budget updates; and any other ad hoc duties.
What We're Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business administration or other related disciplines;
- At least 2 years of full-time working experience;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Be self-motivated, attentive to details, capable of multi-tasking, time management, coordination and meeting tight deadlines, support on driving results and a good team player but can also work independently;
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and;
- Have basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
Applicants with experience in project support, exhibition and strong writing and data analytical skills will have an advantage.
Ad hoc support outside office hours including weekends/ public holidays will be required upon need basis. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided where applicable. Applicant with satisfactory performance will be considered for contract renewal.
(Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
