Assistant Property Manager

Requirement :

• Degree holder in Property Management or related disciplines
• Member of MHKIH/CIH/Registered Professional Housing Manager preferred
• Minimum 5 years' working experience in property management in managerial grade
• Have knowledge and skill in security and crises management, facility operation and maintenance, etc.
• Mature, confident and presentable, outgoing with initiative and able to work independently
• Strong in leadership/presentation/communication/interpersonal skills and maintain good rapport with residents
• Good computer knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
