Assistant Property Manager / Senior Property Officer

• Relevant professional qualifications in property management and MHKIH / MHKIS / MCIH / RPHM is an advantage
• Possession of the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence being an advantage
• At least 5 years’ solid experience in property management field, preferably in managing portfolio of property
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• 5 days work and corporate tours
• Successful candidates will be responsible for all aspects of property management affairs, including preparation and attendance of regular meetings with Owner’s Committee
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Property Officer
