Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Civil Project, Tuen Mun

Responsibilities:

• Assist in cost control, forecasting, analysing and complying cash flows.
• Handle budget management, procurement and payment arrangement to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare tenders and contract documents, including bills of quantities, contractual notices and maintain awareness of different contracts.
• Assist in the preparation of client valuations.
• Assist in change control management and final account preparation.
• ldentify, analyse, and develop responses to commercial risks.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying in the construction industry.
• With NEC Contract and power plant experience would be an advantage.
• Familiar with local construction regulations and standards.
• Proficient in using quantity surveying software and tools.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
