Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for the coordination of trusts and foundations’ funding applications, follow-up of successful grants, and event logistics in the Major Giving Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in write-ups and coordination of solicitation proposals to trusts and foundations, government funding, and major donors.
- Partner with service teams on funding applications and follow-ups in a timely manner.
- Compile funding project and budget reports and coordinate service review visits with funders.
- Systematically organize application and reporting documents for record-keeping.
- Establish and develop relationships with existing and new trusts, foundations, and major donors.
- Coordinate and support event logistics for donor engagement activities, including venue arrangements, invitations, and on-site execution.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event operations and donor communications.
Requirements:
- University degree holder in any discipline, preferably in marketing, communications, or event management.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Relevant experience in fundraising campaigns, donor relations, or event coordination in NGOs is a plus.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, multitasking, independent, and able to work under pressure.
- Good command of both written and oral English and Chinese.

Contract Period: 2 years (renewable)
