Assistant Shop Manager or Shop Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily operations in store
• Implement and review strategies to achieve sales target
• Support to and carry out retail promotion programs
• Assure excellent customer service and proper image are delivered
• Maintain the hygiene standard and tidiness of the store
• Stock management

Requirements:

• Fast learner, Self-motivated, proactive, punctual, good team player
• Cautious and attentive, strong communication skills, smart, responsible
• Able to work under pressure and adaptable to fast-paced environment
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin, Cantonese
• At least 2 years working experience in the retail store
• WSET Level 2 or above (preferred)
• Immediate available is preferred
