Associate Director (Post Ref.: 25/39)

The appointee is expected to assist the Director of the Office in (a) formulating and implementing internationalisation strategies of the University; (b) developing and maintaining strategic partnerships of the University; (c) overseeing the inbound and outbound student mobility programmes; (d) reviewing and enhancing international student recruitment strategies; (e) managing the budget and resources of the Office; and (f) providing secretariat support to the relevant committees.

Requirements
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree with relevant working experience; (ii) an excellent command of both English and Chinese, and proficiency in Putonghua; (iii) excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; (iv) excellent analytical and problem solving skills; and (v) strong organizational, leadership, management and multitasking skills. Salary and Fringe Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
